[QWEN_MT_ITEM_1] Le 9 juillet, le huitième Congrès des membres de la Chambre de commerce de Chine pour l'importation et l'exportation de médicaments et de produits de santé (ci-après dénommée « CCCMHPIE ») s'est tenu solennellement à Huzhou, dans la province du Zhejiang. In his address, Chairman Leung Chun-ying stated that over the years, the Chamber of Commerce for Medical and Health Products has played an irreplaceable role as a bridge and link in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, expanding international cooperation, and safeguarding industry rights and interests. It has also contributed Chinese wisdom and strength to global health initiatives. He expressed hope that the Shared Foundation and the Chamber of Commerce for Medical and Health Products would continue to work together in solidarity and mutual support to jointly fulfill the mission of “building a community of health for all.”

In her address, Deputy Director Xiao Lu stated that in recent years, China’s pharmaceutical trade industry has accelerated its integration, achieving continuous progress in high-quality foreign trade development: the traditional Chinese medicine sector has accelerated its pace of development and expanded its global reach; innovative drugs have made steady strides in overseas markets, with export potential expected to gradually unlock; and medical devices have advanced toward the mid-to-high-end segments, continuously enhancing their international competitiveness. The Department of Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Commerce places high importance on developing pharmaceutical trade. With the active collaboration of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products (CCCMIH), it is dedicated to helping foreign trade enterprises resolve challenges, explore cooperation, and achieve mutual benefits. Moving forward, we look forward to continuing to work hand in hand with CCMIH and the broader pharmaceutical foreign trade community to jointly promote the high-quality development of pharmaceutical trade.

Vice Mayor Zheng Xinyou introduced that Huzhou is located in northern Zhejiang Province on the southern shore of Lake Tai, situated within the core region of China’s most economically developed Yangtze River Delta and serving as one of the cities in the Shanghai metropolitan area. Huzhou holds three prestigious titles: it is the birthplace of the concept that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,” the origin of China’s Beautiful Countryside initiative, and a pioneer in green development. In accordance with the conference agenda, President Zhou Hui delivered the Seventh Council Work Report. He systematically summarized the key initiatives undertaken by the Seventh Council and proposed recommendations for the next council’s work: First, persist in advancing the high-quality development and internationalization of the pharmaceutical industry as the primary focus of the chamber’s work; second, persist in establishing a brand service system as a crucial pillar of the chamber’s operations; third, persist in enhancing internal management standards and the professional competence of the workforce as the intrinsic driving force for the chamber’s development.

Enfin, par un vote de tous les membres du conseil, les membres du Conseil permanent, les secrétaires généraux adjoints, les responsables et les vice-présidents honoraires du 8ème Conseil de la Chambre de commerce de l'assurance-maladie ont été élus. Les rapports pertinents du conseil et les propositions de travail ont été examinés et approuvés. Le président Wei Zhong, principal scrutateur, a annoncé les résultats du scrutin. Dans l'après-midi, le troisième comité mixte des partis des associations industrielles nationales et des chambres de commerce a tenu une séance de discussion collective avec les nouveaux vice-présidents élus (non résidents). Par la suite, la conférence a donné lieu au « Séminaire spécial sur le développement international de l'industrie pharmaceutique et des produits de santé ». Parmi les nouveaux vice-présidents élus du 8ème Conseil figuraient : Fang Xiaoliang, directeur général de Zhejiang Oriental Gene ; Wang Chi, secrétaire adjoint du parti et directeur général de Beijing Tongrentang Chinese Medicine ; Li Yang, secrétaire du parti et président de China Medical Devices Co., Ltd., Zou Jianhan, président et directeur général d'Aojia Hua Intelligent Health Technology Group, ainsi que Gao Shunye, directeur général adjoint de Propharm Group (une nouvelle unité vice-présidente élue du 8ème Conseil), qui ont prononcé des discours liminaires. Dans la matinée du 10 juillet, la conférence s'est poursuivie par des sessions de travail en petits groupes. Les délégués ont engagé des discussions approfondies sur les thèmes suivants : « Transformation internationale de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise à l'ère nouvelle », « Stratégies d'exportation sous les politiques tarifaires sino-américaines et les ajustements de la chaîne industrielle », « Tendances et résilience : la voie vers une expansion à l'étranger de haute qualité pour les dispositifs médicaux », « Opportunités de développement pour les aliments spéciaux et les aliments médicinaux à l'ère de l'IA », ainsi que « Paysage mondial de la coopération pharmaceutique et participation des entreprises aux marchés publics internationaux ».
Dans l'après-midi du 10, les délégués de la conférence ont effectué des visites d'étude au Parc industriel biomédical du comté de Deqing, au Parc biomédical du Sud du lac Taihu et à la Ville cosmétique de Daixi, dans la ville de Huzhou.
La veille de la conférence, la Chambre de commerce chinoise pour l'assurance-maladie et le Bureau municipal du Commerce de Huzhou ont organisé conjointement la « Conférence de jumelage pour la coopération et l'investissement dans la chaîne industrielle biomédicale de Huzhou ». Le président Zhou Hui a assisté à la réunion et prononcé un discours d'ouverture. Le directeur adjoint Pan Hong du Bureau du Commerce de Huzhou a présenté les politiques de promotion de l'investissement. Des représentants du Parc biomédical du Sud du lac Taihu, de la Ville cosmétique de Daixi dans le district de Wuxing, ainsi que du Parc scientifique national universitaire de Changxing ont engagé des discussions avec les entreprises membres de la chambre, notamment Tuoren Group, Beijing Tongrentang Chinese Medicine, Yuekang Pharmaceutical, Hai Zheng Pharmaceutical et North China Pharmaceutical.
