JIANGSU SOHO MEDICAL is the main business of domestic and foreign medical products and services within the Su hao holding group of sub-enterprises, now due to the strategic development of positioning needs, has been approved by the Nanjing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau on July 11, 2025 to complete the change of the company’s name, the enterprise name from the “Jiangsu huihong international group of medicine and health care import and export Co. “Ltd.”, abbreviated as “JIANGSU SOHO MEDICAL”. The English name will remain unchanged for the time being.
According to the relevant laws, after the change of company name, the original business relationships, rights and obligations, as well as signed contracts and agreements, continue to be valid. Relevant bank accounts, qualifications and licenses will be changed one after another, and the change will be reported to the cooperation units as soon as possible. The change only involves the company name, the company’s management team, business scope and service commitments remain unchanged, our company will continue to provide you with more quality cooperation and service.
